Wheel Inspection & Sizing
Wheels are inspected for rim integrity, tire profile, and exact diameter (12" to 24").
Tire Bead Separation
Tire pressure is released and beads are unseated carefully to allow deep seating of the profile.
Precision Clip & Ring Fitting
Stainless steel locking teeth are inserted and the tough nylon ring is seated tightly along the rim lip.
Tire Re-inflation & Pressure Set
Tires are re-inflated to manufacturer specification, locking the AlloyGator securely in place.
Joint Capping & Final Inspection
Color-matched joiner caps are applied with specialized adhesive and wheels receive a final balance inspection.
